I have a wealth of experience in this area, not only coaching the careers, lives and relationships of others but also applying this discipline to myself. I personally, strongly believe you cannot ask someone to do something you have not experienced yourself.

For many years, when I was a manager for BT, I mentored people through their careers and personal lives agreeing goals or outcomes with them and drawing the resources and belief within them to achieve the things that they desired most but maybe lacked the know-how.

I personally have given up smoking, lost weight, changed my career, my relationships, my influences and my hobbies to create the life I now love, by coaching myself. It was not easy, but the mistakes and learning I did along the way allow me to help my clients with this knowledge and experience. I am passionate about what I do and genuinely care about clients achieving their goals.
