I understand how difficult it can be when first looking for help, this is why I offer a free consultation. During this session I will explain what I can do for you, how it works and you can ask me any questions you might have.

I use a variety of techniques from the fields of Clinical Hypnosis, Psychotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Life Coaching, offering choices on different ways to address each issue.

Because the techniques I use are so powerful and effective, we will work together for a maximum of twelve sessions, a cheaper and more effective option when you consider a lot of Psychotherapy or Counselling services take many months, sometimes years!
